a critical staffing need.

Think Resources’ Account Manager completes order input into system.

Think Resources’ Database Manager initiates keyword search to find potential
candidates.

Search completed. 1,000,000+ resumes narrowed down to 187.

Names and phone numbers of candidates who match the general specifications
are returned to Recruiter for further qualifying.

Recruiters begin calling the 187 candidates to determine interest and availability
based on the job description and a series of qualifying questions.

A hiring decision is made. Personnel Manager calls Think Resources’ Account
Manager with a Start Request.

Think Resources notifies selected candidate and requests that they report for
work at 8:00 a.m. the next day.
