A leading global chemical manufacturer located in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Customer Service Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role candidates must have a BS degree and at least five (5) years of cusomter service and supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible to direct the activities of the customer service team through the accurate translation of customer demand to planning, certification, quality, manufacturing, and logistics. This is a permanent opportunity to join a growing and stable organization.


  • Responsible for the performance and achievements of the site’s Customer Service Team.
  • Accurately translate customer demand to planning, certification, quality, manufacturing, and logistics
  • Driving and supporting operational improvements in customer service for his/her site
  • Responsible to be the focal point for resolving all customer issues for your site
  • Support growth across the supply chain by supporting the setup of operations with new customers and markets


  • BS degree is required (Supply Chain, Business or related degree is ideal)
  • Must have at least five (5) years of cusomter service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have experience using a formal ERP system (SAP experience is coveted)
  • Must have at least two years of supply chain experience
  • Must have experience supervising or leading a team of service representatives
