Piping/Plumbing Designer needed for multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm in the Madison, WI area. This person will be responsible for converting engineering system designs into layouts based off of information received from project teams. Candidates will need to have a minimum of three years experience in related design.

Responsibilities for the Piping Designer

• Produce detailed layout based on guidelines set forth by project team
• Ensure that all drawings are prepared and completed with accuracy, neatness, and speed
• Interface with project team, vendors, and engineers to develop all drawings according to client and code specifications

Requirements for the Piping Designer

• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent expereince
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing piping/plumbing systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge and application of design codes and specification requirements
