International maker of automotive parts seeks a COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALYST for its operations located just outside of GREENVILLE, SC. The COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALYST implements and administers plant-wide compensation and benefits program initiatives, conducts surveys, and studies the labor market to determine compensation and benefit trends. IMMEDIATE, DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY WITH A WORLD CLASS ORGANIZATION!

Responsibilities

  • Implements and administers plant-wide compensation and benefits program initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Conducts research and implements salary structure initiatives in accordance with the company philosophy.
  • Collects, evaluates and analyzes market and job data using a variety of sources
  • Conducts job evaluations activities and oversees preparation of job descriptions within assigned area to maintain the organization's competitive position in the market

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferably in Business or Accounting
  • 2-5 years of experience in a professional compensation or benefits role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience conducting salary research, analyzing market and job data, and studying/determining compensation and benefit trends
  • Knowledge of federal/state wage and salary laws, ie, FLSA, etc.
