A manufacturing company considered one of the world’s leading innovators in materials science is looking for a Electrical Engineer in the Kennebunk, ME area. This is a 12-month CONTRACT position. No per diem available.


  • Candidate will support the design and development of new product / processes or improvements to existing processes. Support the implementation of Process Control and Process Discipline systems into development line operations
  • Analyze process data using statistical tools. Measure and communicate performance against established objectives.
  • Review and interpret data to make recommendations on immediate actions, long term corrective actions, follow-up experiments, etc. Document processes and train operators and peers on defined processes.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments—including the operation of process equipment and analysis of results. Conduct full scale experiments by working with plant operators of manufacturing equipment.


  • Candidate must Associates degree in technical area with 1+ years experience in engineering/manufacturing/laboratory setting and a track record of successfully solving problems and achieving results.
  • Ability to support process development / improvement projects through laboratory skills, process equipment skills, and data analysis skills and ability to set up equipment is needed.
  • Experience supporting the development of processes and the resolution of process or equipment problems is desired.
