An engineering and construction client has need for a Project Coordinator in the Los Angeles, CA area. This is a 1-year CONTRACT position with the possibility to become permanent. No per diem.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team. Organize plans for meetings and training as needed. Conduct research, offer help for the statistical reports, and handle information requests. Process all construction-related documents.
  • Help prepare written materials such as correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines related to project file organization.

Requirements

  • Five years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
