Electro-Mechanical Technician needed to provide processing support for the production of Pilot Scale Xerographic developers as well as product development teams. This is a contract opportunity in Webster, NY.


  • Carry out assignments that encompass a wide range of Pilot Plant activities including operation of laboratory material characterization equipment and / or pilot scale production equipment
  • Complete characterization activities -including but not limited to- conducting tests, experiments, data recording, analytical test equipment setup and operation
  • Work within Pilot Scale process unit operations (reactor setup and operation, washing/drying, compounding, size reduction, classification, coating, blending and screening).
  • Support Product Delivery (managing material inventory, material submissions for characterization, and collecting and analyzing data)


  • AAS degree in a technical curriculum or equivalent work experience. (Note: Mechanical or chemical background/experience preferred)
  • Familiar with Chemical and/or Conventional toner manufacturing and characterization
  • Good PC skills (Word/Excel)
  • Standard work schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00-3:30 (OT sometimes available but not required)
