Leading medical manufacturer is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer. This position is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Sr. Process Engineer should have 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with a BS Degree in Engineering. The ideal candidate will have familiarity working in a FDA regulated environment as well as continuously striving for cost reductions and efficiency improvements with production and manufacturing. The Sr. Process Engineer salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $90k - $110k, plus an opportunity for a 10% bonus. Relocation is provided for candidates willing to relocate to Knoxville. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.


  • Responsible for project management, developing timelines, writing protocols, and overseeing the performance of validations to qualify processes and equipment
  • Work with management and production to ensure design for manufacturability - Identifying equipment and processes required to manufacture new and existing products
  • Work with management and production to drive cost reductions, yield improvements, and make efficiency improvements
  • Work with vendors to coordinate product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards


  • BS Degree in Engineering Required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with a FDA-regulated environment
  • Experience with a CAD software is required


  • Full-Time, Permanent Position
  • Salary commensurate with experience ranging from $90k - $110k, plus 10% bonus opportunity
