Client involved in the service & repair of gas turbines is currently looking for a Director to lead & develop their gas turbine maintenance & field services division. Your main responsibility will be to successfully sell & negotiate long term maintenance agreements to utilities for their gas turbine fleet. This position has a huge upside potential within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new division, from scratch, that offers long term maintenance contracts to customers with F-class gas turbines
• Set up the process, systems & risk criteria to successfully sell & close long term service agreements with F-class gas turbine customers
• You will be an integral part in modeling and interpreting gas turbine/power generation parts rotations
• Effectively communicate in an executive manner with both customers and internal divisions
• 25% - 30% travel required
• Negotiate commercial T's & C's with gas turbine customers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in gas turbine technical sales & commercial operations for a major gas turbine OEM
• 3+ years of experience with complex contracts and flexible Terms & Conditions
• Experience selling to the 60Hz market would be a big PLUS
• You need to have a deep understanding of Terms & Conditions and direct experience with current market standards
• You need experience with customer commercial negotiations related to F-class gas turbine long term maintenance contracts
• At least a BS degree in Engineering, but a Masters degree in Engineering or Business is highly desired
