A large manufacture of Powersport equipment in Northern MN is looking for a Controls Engineer with 2 years of industrial controls in PLC’s, VFD’s, HMI’s, preferably Allen Bradley. The candidate will develop standards and specific control type and configuration for new equipment used in the manufacturing process. Ideal candidate will love the outdoors and be a team player. Direct Hire position with relocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain required documentation to support controls applications used in the manufacturing process, including operation and maintenance
• Oversee installation of control systems on new and/or existing equipment
• Develop standards and specific control type and configuration for new equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Train production and maintenance personnel in control operations, maintenance and programming functions

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years experience with industrial controls PLC’s, VFD’s, HMI’s, preferably Allen Bradley.
• Robotic experience with Fanuc and Motoman is a plus.
• Must have experience developing standards and specific control type and configuration for new equipment used in a manufacturing process
