Well established and stable distributive power generation service and equipment provider is seeking an Service History Technical Support Coordinator for a direct hire career opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA. Candidate will be responsible for tracking and driving field quality and engine generator performance issues, including logging and tracking cases within the OEM Support Central system.

Responsibilities

• Logging and tracking quality and generator equipment performance issues
• Also responsible for remote monitoring and troubleshooting of installed power generation equipment in the field
• Work with Field Service Technicians and personnel along with equipment OEM reps to investigate field quality, safety and engine/generator performance issues, with the ability to lead root cause failure analysis to resolution

Requirements

• Associate degree from two-year college or university or one to two years’ related experience / training
• Good understanding of remote network communications
• Excellent PC & database skills
